Institute and WIPO prepared the handbook "Investigative actions and prosecution of infringement of rights in the field of intellectual property in Bosnia and Herzegovina"

 

Mostar, January 19, 2023 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have prepared a Handbook for law enforcement bodies and prosecutors entitled "Investigative actions and prosecution of infringement of rights in the field of intellectual property in Bosnia and Herzegovina".

This is the first handbook that deals with the misuse of intellectual property and provides guidelines for the actions of competent authorities in accordance with the relevant laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as valid international agreements.

WIPO printed 300 copies of this handbook for the needs of the Institute, which were delivered to the Institute's head office in Mostar.

Together with the World Organization for Intellectual Property, the Institute will prepare the presentation and promotion of the Handbook, which was translated and adapted by B.Sc. Vlatko Marinović.
