Search industrial design databases to make sure that your design is unique!
Institute for Intellectual Property, at the request of the applicant for grant of an industrial design, specifies the codes of classes and subclasses of the international classification in which products the design applies to are classified, liable to payment of a fee prescribed by the Decision on the specific costs of the proceedings for the acquisition and maintenance of industrial property rights.

Do not forget to register the industrial design after exposure at the exhibition / trade fair.
The applicant who has exhibited the design at an official or officially recognized international exhibition may, within three months from the date of closing of the exhibition, request a priority right in effect from the first day the design was displayed at the exhibition.
