Board of Appeal

Board of Appeal is an independent body to deal with complaints in the second-instance administrative procedure in the field of industrial property that comes under jurisdiction of the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Patent Law, Trademark Law, Law on industrial designs and the Law on the Protection of Indications of Geographical Origin.
