AMUS - Establishing a Quorum at the Association Assembly - Opinion of the BiH Ministry of Justice

Mostar, August 29, 2019 - Considering that significant part of the problems in holding AMUS Assembly sessions has arisen due to inconsistent application of the Association's Statute, Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH has addressed the BiH Ministry of Justice with a request for an opinion on this matter.
