Reaction to the statements of SDP MP and a group of film workers Merdžo: All funds raised belong exclusively to the authors
Dear all,
SDP BiH MP in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sasa Magazinović, together with several, obviously manipulated film workers, told a bunch of lies and slander today, which, without any arguments, damaged my reputation and honor as the director of the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH.
Namely, everything that was said at the press conference or through social networks about the procedure for issuing a license for audiovisual rebroadcasting is unfounded. It is a well-known fact that the permit was issued in accordance with the law and as such is valid, and still in force. No court has revoked that permit, as MP Magazinović claims. There is no legal uncertainty in this area.
I decisively reject the insinuations that there are any abuses, and all funds raised belong exclusively to the authors.
Also, I must note that certain people have imagined that they are allowed everything, even to, without any arguments, slander, blame and even call for discreditation of those who are not to their liking.
Thus, in their statements, the film workers, who obviously do not have true information, loudly called for my discrediting due to the appointment of members of the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK). However, I must say that I did not participate in that procedure and I have absolutely nothing to do with it, either personally or as the director of the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH.
Obviously, world fame sometimes hits the head of someone who does not know how to deal with it. Due to the stated views and malicious discrediting, further communication on this issue will be done by my lawyer.
Director of the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH
