Institute’s Decision on conditional revocation of the license of AMUS repealed

Mostar, September 13, 2021 - After AMUS, on June 24, 2021, held a session of the Assembly and acted on the orders of the Institute, eliminating the identified irregularities in the work, conditions were met to repeal the Decision of the Institute on conditional revocation of the license to AMUS.

Therefore, we inform the members of AMUS that the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH issued Decision No. 04-47-5-520 / 21VT, which repealed the Decision of the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina No. 04-47-5-591 / 19VT dated 27/08/2019, by which the license to the Association of Composers - Music Creators (AMUS), Skenderpašina no. 1, Sarajevo, for performing the activity of collective management of the rights of authors of musical works was conditionally revoked.

The Institute will consistently implement its legal obligation and through the supervision of the work of collective organizations ensure transparent and efficient functioning in order to respect the rights of their members.
