Mostar: Conference "Intellectual Property and Youth: Innovation for a Better Future"
Mostar, April 25, 2022 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the project 'EU Support to Intellectual Property Rights in BiH' is organizing a conference to mark the World Intellectual Property Day.
The conference on "Intellectual Property and Youth: Innovation for a Better Future" will be held on April 26, 2022, starting at 11 am in Mostar (Hotel "Mostar"), and it will present the concepts of intellectual property in BiH, with special focusing on patents, trademarks, industrial designs and indications of geographical origin.
Participants of the conference will also have the opportunity to be informed about the support of the European Union to the improvement of the intellectual property rights system in BiH, which contributes to better competitiveness and innovation of the economy in BiH.
The conference is expected to be attended by representatives of business incubators and start-up businesses who will attend live or online.
During the conference, this year's award given by the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH under the theme "Let's Build a Better Future with Innovations, Creativity, and Intellectual Property“ will be presented.
World Intellectual Property Day is an opportunity for young people to learn more about the concept of intellectual property, how it affects income generation and job creation, and how they can turn their ideas into reality.
