Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH and WIPO organize workshop on IPR enforcement

Mostar, October 18, 2023 - Workshop on the enforcement of intellectual property rights will be held on November 7 and 8, 2023 in Sarajevo, organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Some of the topics that will be discussed at the workshop are border measures, disposal of goods that violate intellectual property rights, investigating and prosecuting crimes against intellectual property and related crimes, as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights on the Internet.

Experts from WIPO, World Customs Organization (WCO), REACT Balkan organization and judicial bodies will speak about afore mentioned and other topics.
