MOSTAR, October 21, 2014 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted the Methodology of supervision over the work of organizations for collective management of copyright and related rights.

Methodology precisely defines practical application of those provisions of the Law on collective management of copyright and related rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina relating to the supervision of the Institute for Intellectual Property over the work of collective organizations.

The decision on adoption has been brought and entered into force today, October 21, 2014 and from the date of its enactment also begins application of the Methodology of supervision over the work of organizations for collective management of copyright and related rights.
