Brazil joins TMview

As of 29 February 2016, the National Institute for Intellectual Property of Brazil (INPI) has made their trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

The integration of INPI is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

With INPI on-board, TMview now contains data from 54 participating offices. With the addition of more than 3,1 million trade marks from INPI, TMview now provides information and access to around 40 million trade marks in total.

Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 17,8 million searches from 151 different countries, with Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users.
