Cooperation between BiH Institute for Intellectual Property and the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar
Mostar, December 22, 2016 – First step in cooperation between the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar and the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina was realized on Wednesday, 21st of December 2016.
Deputy director of the Institute Jovan Šarac gave a lecture and presentation in front of fifth year students, during which he spoke of the intellectual property system and the role of the Institute in activities related to the implementation of laws that protect intellectual property in BiH. At the beginning, students were addressed by the vice dean for education of the Law Faculty Dr. Mile Lasić, associate professor, dean Prof. Dr. Vesna Kazazić and director of the Institute Josip Merdžo.
In the continuation of cooperation, organized visits of the final year students of master studies to the Institute for Intellectual Property are planned, so they would be better acquainted with the competences of the Institute and the course of action in the implementation of specific rights in the field of intellectual property.
