Institute submitted answers to the Questionnaire
Mostar, January 25, 2017 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina has fulfilled its obligation in preparations for a response to European Commission’s Questionnaire.
The Institute has submitted answers within deadline, by the 20th of January 2017, to the Directorate for European Integration in reference to questions from Chapter 7 relating to intellectual property.
Activities on preparing answers to the Questionnaire were coordinated by deputy director of the Institute Jovan Šarac.
Commissioner for neighbourhood policy and enlargement of the European Union Johannes Hahn handed over European Commission’s Questionnaire to BiH authorities on December 9, 2016 in Sarajevo. BiH authorities have a period of six months to submit answers so that EC could start the process of deciding on the candidate status for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
